Overview
Join a fully remote team as an entry-level Automation Test Engineer. This is a beginner-friendly role where full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed. You will help build and maintain automated tests for web applications and work closely with developers, product owners, and other testers to keep quality high from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and end-to-end checks of web applications. Help build reusable test components to improve coverage. Support the integration of automated test suites into delivery pipelines under guidance. Assist with basic API testing and review requirements to spot test scenarios. Analyze results, log defects, and flag issues to the team. Take part in code reviews and follow best practices while you learn.
Skills/background needed
Willingness to learn test automation and programming basics. A curiosity about how software testing works and a desire to grow your skills. Comfort using a computer, following steps, and communicating clearly. Reliable internet and a quiet space to work from home. Any exposure to programming, web tools, or software testing is a plus, but not required.
Contract length: Ongoing, flexible remote work
