Roles: As an automotive service advisor, you will help customers understand their vehicle needs. You will explain service options, share clear updates, and make sure every customer feels supported from start to finish.
What you’ll do:
• Learn the full range of products and services and explain them in simple terms
• Capture customer needs accurately and provide updates throughout the process
• Offer options that fit each customer’s needs
• Give honest advice based on manufacturer recommendations
• Help keep the service area clean and presentable
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training is provided. We are looking for people who enjoy helping others and can communicate clearly. You should be able to read basic instructions and speak effectively with customers and team members. Experience in retail, restaurants, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
Work format: This is a fully remote, work-from-home role. You will communicate with customers and team members online. Basic office tools and a reliable internet connection are helpful.
