We are looking for a beginner-friendly Integration and Test Engineer to help move new hardware from early prototypes into dependable, repeatable builds. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided and no prior professional experience required.
What you will do:
Support assembly, integration, and testing of mechanical and electrical systems. Follow written test procedures and work instructions. Help build and set up simple test fixtures and equipment. Record results and note any faults or issues. Work with teammates to investigate problems and suggest improvements. Keep documentation clear and up to date.
Skills and background needed:
A technical degree or equivalent interest in engineering is helpful but not required. Comfort following step-by-step instructions. Basic computer skills and reliable internet access. Willingness to learn new tools and processes. Good communication and attention to detail. Around 5 or more hours available per week.
