Roles:
Write and update user manuals and service guides. Follow simple quality templates to keep documents consistent. Review drafts and make basic edits. Work with team members through a team chat app and video calls.

No prior experience required. Willingness to learn documentation writing. Basic computer skills and comfort using Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Good written English. A high school diploma is preferred but not required.
