We are looking for a beginner-friendly Performance Test Architect to help keep software applications fast, reliable, and able to handle heavy use. This is a fully remote role with full training provided, so no prior professional experience is required.
Roles: Help design and carry out performance tests, follow test plans, and document results. Work with teammates to understand what needs testing and why. Note where systems slow down or struggle and report these issues clearly. Use testing tools to simulate real-world use and measure how systems perform. Support the team by sharing simple, clear findings.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Flexible, with part-time and full-time options available.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience necessary. A willingness to learn, the ability to follow steps carefully, reliable internet, and around 5+ hours available per week. Comfort using a computer and basic software is helpful. Full training is provided.
