Roles: Entry-level QA Analyst working remotely with a product team to test software and report on results.
This is a beginner-friendly, fully remote role. No prior experience is required and full training is provided, so if you are organised, curious, and enjoy spotting problems, you are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Work with the product development team to create test plans. Run test cases, both manual and automated, and analyse the results. Monitor application errors and performance. Use load testing tools to check how applications perform. Take part in requirements gathering sessions with end users and document business and system requirements. Write user stories with acceptance criteria. Carry out functional testing of the system and report any issues you find.
Skills/background needed:
0-2 years of experience in a QA role, or none at all. A real motivation to learn new technologies as the job requires. Strong organisation skills and an analytical, problem-solving mindset. Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Reliable internet access and around 5 or more hours available per week.
Contract length: Flexible, ongoing.
