Roles: Support the testing and validation of software systems by executing manual test cases, documenting results, and helping to identify, track, and verify defects. You will review requirements, create and update test cases, and perform test execution across different environments while participating in test planning and status meetings. You will also help maintain testing documentation and contribute to regression testing cycles.
Requirements: No prior experience necessary; full training provided. A basic understanding of testing concepts is helpful, along with attention to detail, analytical thinking, and good communication skills. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and able to follow established processes. Familiarity with issue-tracking tools is a plus, and an interest in learning test automation is welcome. A degree is not required.
