Overview
Work from home as an entry-level Quality Assurance Tester. You will help check software for quality by running manual tests and working with friendly teams. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.
Responsibilities
Run manual tests to find defects and inconsistencies. Follow simple test steps based on written requirements and acceptance criteria. Identify, document, and retest software issues. Work with developers, analysts, and project managers to resolve problems. Perform regression testing to confirm changes. Keep test plans, scripts, and reports up to date. Learn the basics of the applications you test. Suggest improvements to testing processes. Spot edge cases for complete coverage. Clarify requirements with stakeholders. Join team meetings such as sprint planning and backlog refinement. Find or create test data when needed.
Skills/background needed:
No experience required; training is provided. An analytical mindset and attention to detail help. Willingness to collaborate and communicate with teams. Basic problem-solving skills. Interest in learning testing methods and best practices.
