Skills/background needed:
No prior experience is required — we provide full training. A willingness to learn and good communication skills are the most important things. You will work with a supportive team to build and test reports, learn how to gather requirements from business users, and help move changes through testing. Familiarity with spreadsheets or basic databases is a plus, but not essential.
Work format: Fully remote. Work from home or anywhere, with a flexible and supportive team environment and opportunities to grow.
