We are looking for a beginner-friendly Software Engineer in Test to join our remote quality team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior professional experience is required. You will learn how to plan tests, build simple automated checks, and help engineering and product teams catch issues early.
Roles:
– Work with engineers and product managers to define what should be tested before work begins.
– Help build and maintain automated test scripts and simple testing tools.
– Run functional, integration, regression, and performance tests using common testing tools.
– Note bottlenecks in the testing process and suggest simple improvements.
– Learn from experienced testers and share what you learn with the team.
– Track basic quality signals such as test pass rates, coverage, and bugs found early.
– Follow testing practices that support security, reliability, and business goals.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Skills/background needed:
