Roles: We are looking for an entry-level Specifications Writer to join our team. In this role, you will help turn drawings, specifications, and standards into clear, detailed material lists and plans. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.
What you’ll do:
• Prepare complete material lists for required work.
• Create detailed floor plan, lighting, and cooling layouts.
• Assist with framing, cable rack, raceway, and grounding plans.
• Make sure designs follow customer standards.
• Provide technical support through to job completion.
Skills/background needed:
• No experience required – we provide full training.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with basic drawing or design tools (training on our systems is provided).
• Good communication skills and a team-friendly attitude.
• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
Contract length: Full time, with opportunities for growth.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
