Roles: We are looking for a junior writer to help create clear, practical written content for teams and customers. This is a fully remote role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed — just strong writing and a willingness to learn.
What you’ll do:
Write and develop training guides, scripts, and simple reference materials for support teams. Turn complex or technical information into easy-to-understand messaging. Draft internal updates and announcements. Create clear customer-facing content across campaigns and communications. Help keep tone, style, and templates consistent. Work with other teams to check that content is accurate and useful.
Skills/background needed: Strong written communication and storytelling skills. Ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable messaging. Attention to detail and a collaborative attitude. Comfort working with different teams. Full training is provided, and beginners are welcome to apply.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing.
