Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required and full training is provided. You should be comfortable writing in English, able to follow simple guidelines, and open to feedback. Basic familiarity with Google Docs and WordPress editing is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn and a positive attitude matter most.
