Roles: We are looking for a Junior Lead QA Testing Assistant to join our remote testing team. This is a beginner-friendly role with full training provided, so no prior experience is required.
You will support quality assurance testing for software and digital products, helping the team check that features work correctly and reporting any issues you find. This is a great entry point if you are organised, curious, and comfortable following steps.
What you’ll do:
Test software features and document results clearly. Report bugs and issues in a simple, structured way. Follow test steps and checklists provided by the team. Share feedback with the team and help track issues through to resolution.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience necessary – full training is provided. Reliable internet and access to a computer. Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail. Basic comfort using email and documents. Around 5 or more hours available per week.
