Roles: We are looking for a Junior QA Lead Assistant to support quality assurance work across remote projects. This is a beginner-friendly role with full training provided, so no prior experience is required.
What you will do:
• Help review requirements, design documents, and user stories for testability
• Support manual testing such as functional, regression, and system checks
• Help maintain simple test automation scripts and frameworks
• Track and report defects using a project tracking tool
• Assist with test metrics, status reports, and risk notes
• Support release checks and production validation
Skills/background needed:
• Willingness to learn manual testing methods
• Basic familiarity with test management or defect tracking tools is a plus
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow steps and work independently from home
• Reliable internet access and around 5+ hours per week
