We are looking for a Junior Technical Writer to help create clear onboarding and Getting Started content that guides users through their first steps with a product. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided, and no prior experience is required to get started.
Roles: Write and organise Getting Started guides, tutorials, and help content. Work with product and support teams to map a simple user journey from setup to advanced features. Keep documentation clear, consistent, and easy for beginners to follow.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Flexible, with potential to move into a longer-term role.
Skills/background needed: Good written English and a clear, simple writing style. Comfort using Google Docs or Microsoft Word. Willingness to learn new tools and follow the onboarding process. Full training is provided, so no previous technical writing experience is necessary.
