Roles: We are looking for product testing analysts to help check and review clothing and footwear samples. You will support the testing process from planning through to sharing results with the wider team.
What you’ll do:
Help grow a database of testers by recruiting and selecting participants, and keep friendly, ongoing contact with them. Send out test surveys, collect and analyse the results, and prepare short reports. Help set up tests that need supervision, such as fit and comparison testing. Track sample orders and deliveries so testing stays on schedule. Handle sample shipments and returned items. Look for ways to improve the process and support new team members.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required – full training is provided. You should be comfortable with basic computer tools such as word processing and spreadsheets, and able to follow instructions and record details accurately. Reliable internet access and around 5+ hours per week are helpful. A curious, supportive attitude and willingness to learn are the most important things.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
