We are looking for a QA Automation Assistant to join our remote testing team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, ideal for someone who wants to start a career in software quality assurance.
Roles: Support the automation test team by helping to build and run test scripts, checking that software works as expected, and noting any issues. You will work alongside testers during test analysis, design, build, and execution.
Day-to-day tasks include:
– Helping write and run automated test scripts
– Testing software features and reporting faults clearly
– Following test plans and checking results against expected outcomes
– Using team chat, project tracking tools, and scheduling apps to stay connected
– Supporting load and performance testing under guidance
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Basic computer comfort and a willingness to learn are all you need. Familiarity with Google Sheets or similar is helpful. You should be able to follow instructions, work independently, and have reliable internet. Around 5+ hours per week with flexible hours.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
