A remote opportunity is open for a beginner-level QA Automation Tester who wants to build a career in software testing. No prior professional experience is required, and full training is provided.
Roles: You will design, develop, and run automated test scripts for web applications using the Playwright framework. Day to day you will execute test suites, review results, spot defects, and document issues clearly. You will also help maintain the test automation setup and run functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end checks across browsers and platforms.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Skills/background needed: A high school diploma or equivalent, basic familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript, and an interest in web technologies. Comfort using a project tracking tool and a team chat app is helpful. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills matter more than years of experience. Access to a reliable internet connection and around 5 or more flexible hours per week is expected.
Contract length: Ongoing, with room to grow based on performance.
