We are looking for a beginner-friendly QA Testing Lead Assistant to support testing across the full software development lifecycle in a fully remote, work-from-home role. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
Roles: Help plan and oversee testing activities, define testing scope and timelines, and work with a range of partners on quality assurance initiatives. Support consistent testing practices across teams and help coordinate testing work through each phase of a project. Assist more experienced staff and contribute to clear, organized testing processes.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Skills/background needed: No prior experience required and no degree necessary. A willingness to learn, basic computer confidence, reliable internet, and the ability to follow steps and communicate clearly are all you need. Full training is provided and beginners are welcome.
