What you’ll do:
• Check records against source information to confirm accuracy
• Review data for possible issues and flag anything that looks wrong
• Write short, clear reports on what you find
• Follow set steps and timelines for each review
• Share findings with the team and help resolve open items
• Suggest small ways to improve review processes
Skills/background needed:
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good written and verbal communication
• Careful, detail-focused approach
• Able to follow instructions and work through tasks at a steady pace
• Reliable internet access and around 5+ hours available per week
