Roles: Technical Writer
We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Writer to help create clear, accurate documentation for technical products. This is a fully remote role with full training provided, so no prior experience is required. You will turn complex information into easy-to-understand guides and manuals.
What you will do:
Write and update operating manuals, installation guides, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting documents. Work with engineering and technical teams to gather information and check accuracy. Create and update simple illustrations and visual instructions. Revise documents as products change. Manage a few documentation projects at once while keeping details accurate and consistent.
Skills/background needed:
No experience necessary – we provide full training. Good writing, editing, and communication skills. Strong organization and attention to detail. Comfort learning new tools and working with technical teams. A willingness to ask questions and learn.
Work format: Fully remote. Work from home or anywhere, with flexible hours and a supportive team environment.
