Overview
We are looking for beginner-friendly Technical Writers to support an evaluation project. You will help create realistic writing tasks, prepare source materials, and review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, clarity, and audience fit. No prior AI experience is needed, and full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Design realistic technical writing tasks using spreadsheets, PDFs, code samples, and documents.
• Create and organise source materials such as product notes and technical references.
• Define expected answers and clear output requirements.
• Build detailed grading checklists covering accuracy and clarity.
• Draft documentation tasks including user guides and technical instructions.
• Turn complex material into clear, precise documentation.
• Work asynchronously with the team to refine deliverables.
Skills/background needed:
• Strong written English and attention to detail.
• Comfort reading technical documents and spreadsheets.
• Analytical thinking and clear writing.
• Willingness to learn structured writing and editing.
• Ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
