We are looking for a beginner-friendly QA Analyst to help check a Salesforce-based platform as it rolls out in stages. You will confirm that features work correctly, that data is accurate, and that everything is ready for release. Full training is provided, so no prior QA experience is needed.
What you will do:
• Follow test plans and scripts to check platform features and user experience
• Run functional, integration, regression, and release checks across environments
• Log and track defects in a project tracking tool and confirm fixes
• Help validate data quality and data migration results
• Support user acceptance testing with business users
• Keep QA documentation and quality records up to date
• Join team meetings and help improve testing processes
What you need:
• Willingness to learn testing and follow clear steps
• Basic comfort with computers and online tools
• Good attention to detail and clear written communication
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
• Around 5+ hours available per week
Work format: Fully remote, work from home, with flexible hours.
Location: Remote work worldwide (English speaking preferred)
