We are looking for a beginner-friendly Software Test and Verification Engineer to join a fully remote team. This is an entry-level role with no prior experience required and full training provided. You will help build software-based test environments that mimic the behaviour of hardware components, supporting teams that need reliable testing and integration.
What you will do:
• Help design, develop, test, and integrate software models that copy how hardware parts behave.
• Work with hardware engineers to understand requirements for the parts being copied.
• Create simple test plans and test steps, run them, and record the results.
• Find, report, and help fix issues so software stays reliable.
• Support automation of testing steps and learn new tools as needed.
Skills and background needed:
• No prior experience needed; full training is provided.
• Basic computer skills and comfort following step-by-step instructions.
• Willingness to learn software testing and integration basics.
• Good attention to detail when noting test results.
• Reliable internet access and around 5+ hours per week.
