Overview: We are looking for a friendly, detail-focused person to join us as a Sportsbook Ticket Writer. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided — no prior experience is needed, and beginners are very welcome to apply.
Roles: Write and pay betting tickets accurately, handle customer questions about wagers and betting options, process contest selections, and keep your assigned cash drawer balanced. Reconcile your drawer at the end of each shift and complete simple paperwork. Report any unusual or suspicious betting patterns.
Skills/background needed: Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide). Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision and keep customer information confidential. A positive, polite manner and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Full training is provided, so a willingness to learn matters more than experience.
Contract length: Full time, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
