Role Summary:
Join a supportive team as an entry-level functional tester and help check that software works the way it should from start to finish. Full training is provided, so no prior testing experience is needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Turn written requirements into simple test scenarios and test cases
• Follow test steps to check that features and user journeys work correctly
• Test across screens, data, and connected services
• Note faults, edge cases, and anything that looks wrong
• Record results and share clear feedback with the team
• Help turn useful test scenarios into repeatable automated checks
• Support final validation and faster feedback before release
• Refine test scenarios over time using past issues and recommendations
Skills/background needed:
• Willingness to learn functional testing – no experience required
• Comfort following steps and paying attention to detail
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Reliable internet and a computer
• Around 5+ hours available per week
• Any exposure to test management tools is a bonus, but training is provided
