About the Opportunity
We are looking for a beginner-friendly Test Development Engineer to join our fully remote team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed. You will work from home and support engineering teams by helping build and maintain test solutions.
What You Will Do
Help develop and support test solutions for engineering and production work. Write and improve test procedures and supporting documentation. Assist with troubleshooting test equipment and system issues. Work with team members to check product performance and resolve technical problems.
Skills/background needed:
A degree in a STEM or related field is helpful but not required. Relevant experience is welcome, though beginners are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills are a plus. Reliable internet access and around 5 or more hours available per week.
Location: Remote work worldwide (English speaking preferred)
