Overview
We are looking for a QA Testing Coordinator to help oversee testing efforts across platforms, integrations, and workflows. This is an entry-level role with no prior experience required, and full training is provided. You will work from home and coordinate testing activities with different teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate program-level testing efforts across platforms and workflows. Help design, execute, and manage test cases, both manual and automated. Support testing of customer journey workflows from browse to checkout, payment, and fulfillment. Validate data migration and integration between systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration. Manage test documentation and defect tracking using project tracking tools.
Skills/background needed
No prior experience necessary; full training provided. A willingness to learn testing processes and coordinate with teams is key. Familiarity with basic testing concepts is helpful but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills are a plus. Reliable internet access and around 5+ hours per week are expected.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
