Roles: We are seeking beginner-friendly Ticket Writers to join our remote team. In this work-from-home role, you will assist customers with betting options, answer questions, and provide friendly, helpful service. Full training is provided.

Skills/background needed:
No prior experience is necessary. Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Excel, and internet navigation, are helpful. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are important. You must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a gaming license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include engaging with customers about betting choices, resolving complaints or escalating them when needed, completing required paperwork, and working well with team members. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.
